This policy explains what personal data I process in connection with the c3net.pl website and when you contact me, why I process it, and what rights you have. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

What data I process

  • Contact via the form, email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, company name and any information you include in your message.
  • Server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and browser information. The server records this automatically whenever a page is viewed.

Keeping the website secure and working properly (server logs) Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number I won’t be able to reply.

How long I keep data

  • Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then for 5 years — unless we enter into a contract, in which case for the period required by law or until any claims become time-barred.
  • Server logs: for up to 60 days.

Recipients

The website and email run on my own infrastructure — I do not share data with external hosting or email providers. Data may only be disclosed to bodies entitled to receive it under applicable law.

The servers are located in Poland. I do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

To exercise these rights, email biuro@c3net.pl.
